The following three houses are endangered. The Union Street Flats, a luxury apartment complex is going to be built here. It will encompass several acres behind the 3 houses. JC Hart is the developer of the luxury apartments and Beau Wilfong is current owner of the 3 properties that will be demolished. When you remove a historical house from its spot it hurts the entire historic neighborhood. All the houses together create the fabric for an area.
